Booking Tips
· Airlines are entitled to cancel any reserved seats if they are not issued. Reindeer Station isn't responsible to any loss that occurs by the cancellation of reservation.
· Our quote of the international tickets includes the ticket price + Tax. The Tax changes everyday, the final quote will be according to the final booking date tax amount.

Modification & Refund
· Airlines set different policies toward ticket refund and transfer. After the ticket has been issued, any modification, transfer, or refund will carry a cost, which the customer is responsible for.

When modification or refunding, please inform us in advance, so we can change the computer booking system; and manage refunding procedure timely.

· Refunding time is based on the time when you inform us; our available time is 8AM to 7PM

Refunding procedure should be handled at check desk
If the passenger cannot come to our office in person, we also can offer special service that our service staff comes to your door to get data required, and refund the rest money after handling in our tickets office.
Service fee: 30RMB every time.

· Refunds require the ticket and the original invoice.
· Refund penalties may be charged according to the airlines' regulations.

Up to end of this year, all airlines will adopt e-ticket for domestic flights. Here are some FAQ about e-ticket as bellow.

Q: What are electronic tickets? How do I use them?

A: Electronic tickets, or e-tickets, are now offered by many major airlines. They allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind. An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchases without requiring a paper record; the only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline's computer system. For passengers, e-tickets are used in the same way as paper tickets.

Q: How do I travel with an electronic ticket?

A: Passengers holding e-ticket receipts can check in the same way as passengers holding paper tickets. For a passenger flying on an e-ticket but without a receipt, he/she needs to check in at the designated check-in counter and show a government issued photo ID or passport. After the passenger is identified by the airline, the staff will print out the receipt for the passenger along with the boarding pass and baggage tags.

Q: Are electronic tickets changeable, endorsable or refundable?
A: Yes. Please follow the specific regulations of different airlines.
