After the signing of the contract, we will oversee that the landlord provide and improve the relevant facilities and infrastructure efficiently according to the signed contract on time. |

When the telecommunication company sends a member to the guest's to install lines, or phones, we will send a customer Service Commissioner to do translation, and help with the installation. |

During the rental, we will help guests to register for temporary residence permits at the local Public Security Bureau. |

Copy the water, electricity and gas degree according to the requirements of the area property regularly. Manage bills, and assist in paying water or electrical bills. |

Provide an assistant in telephone installation and paying the phone bill monthly. |

Help open a local bank account. |

Arrange babysitting service or maid service. |
8· |
Provide half-day orientation services or local culture training. |

Accompany or purchase for the customers some necessary daily goods. (The cost does not include taxi fee.) * All packages include 1 time per week. |

Help guests deal the daily chores and routine with landlords after the customers move in. When housing and other problems still exist, we will help the guests inform the landlords and monitor the dealing process. |

Arrange handy man's work (excluding costs). |
